Reply:what kind of charges are on your cedit card? are they for school, like books, semester fees, etc? Then no, it would be illegal to get student loans to pay for anything other than for college. Government student loans weren't meant to pay for everything, and there's a limit to what you can get, so don't ask till you really need it or you won't be able to complete college on what they give you. Remember that if things go wrong in the repayment an offsets of student loans then you can be paying for them until you're 120 years old, with "interest" of course, and that will hold you back from your career.
Reply:If you plan to pay back the money , you can ask for a loan at Prosper. More information at http://www.acreditlibrary.com/prosper.ht... . You can also try your luck at online charities, people may send donations. More information at http://www.laodn.org/
Reply:If you are using your credit card for living expenses while in college, you'd be better off taking out a private student loan for those. The interest will likely be lower than a credit card, and you don't make any payments until after you graduate.

There are a couple of places you might try...

Chase Bank has a private student loan option, http://www.usadegrees.com/chase/

My favorite is http://www.studentloanadvisors.com really fast answers, no cost to apply, get money sent directly to you in about a week. there is an easy online request form that doesn't require personal info
Reply:The best type of student loan to get would be a federal student loan. Here are the steps you need to take to get one:

1) Fill out the FAFSA. This will determine if you are eligible for financial aid. Go here:

http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/

2) Once you are eligible for aid, choose a government-based student loan. The best loan to get is a Federal Perkins Loan. These have low interest rates and the government will help you pay it back as long as you stay enrolled in school. You also don't need a cosigner or good credit for it. For more info go here:

3) The next best loan to get is a Subsidized Stafford Loan. This has many of the same benefits as a Perkins Loan. Learn more here:

4) You can also try to get a grant or scholarship, which is free money that you won't have to pay back. You can read about them here:

Good luck!
Reply:you cant get a student loan to pay off your credit card unless you used the credit card on tuition and even then i dont think you can do that....you would need to take out a regular loan
Reply:Students who are looking for a bad credit student loan should pick three schools they are most interested in, talk to the admissions office, and ask what is needed to apply in their school.A bad credit%26lt;!--student loan is payable only after the student has completed his or her education, and has started earning a certain minimum amount. You can find more information on Student Loan here,

http://badcredits.awardspace.com/student...

The minimum amount that the candidate of the bad credit student loan is required to earn has also increased. Bad credit student loans are available as both secured and unsecured loans--%26gt;depending on whether you are a homeowner or not. The rate of interest to be paid on unsecured bad credit student loans is higher than that on secured bad credit student loans. This is because the secured bad credit student loans are backed by your home as a security.
