NTU student uses 4 letter words in the bus, to a lady? what a shame?

I took a bus home, suddenly out of nowhere, I heard one NTU Student scolding a lady on the bus, with four letter words(3 times). I think there was slight hiccups so the lady talked nicely to him and did not raise her voice but to my surprise, this NTU student suddenly scolded her and used the four letter words to her 3 times with his finger pointing at the lady and he even told her to shut-up! I guess this boy cannot accept the comments she gave to him, but I find that it's too much because NTU student should not say that to a lady even though she spoke nicely to him. The lady must be an NTU Staff she maintained a calm situation and I guess that must be her worst experience in the bus with an NTU student who shouted at her %26amp; used the four letter words %26amp; telling her to shut up, I guess this boy comes frm a rich family a damn stuck up, spoilt brat, insensitive, rude with a ugly attitude %26amp; they should not be in NTU %26amp; NTU's Student Union must do something abt this wat say u?

We mustn't assume that because we think someone is rich, they must also be rude or that they've been taught manners. yes, something does need to be done. We need to start sticking up for what is right, for each other, but be safe.
