Personaly I couldn't give a ****. Whatever floats your boat man. He could easily lose his job though and you could be severely embarassed. He would also lose his teaching liscense. I'd wait till I was graduated to pursue it again. I think people don't give youth enouph credit for intelligence though. We know what we're doing so the government can just shut the **** up and stay the **** out of our personal live. This is supposed to be a free country aftern all.

Reply:depends on the age...if we are talking high school....dont be stupid...college would be a different matter. the teacher doesnt really love you no matter what they say, they are lying. it's just lust on his part and no father figure on the girls part.
Reply:Whenever a child is under 18 years old, it is the worlds problem. Where do you go to school and who's this teacher? It's against the law. You need to grow up properly before you make any decisions about love. It's illegal because kids under 18 aren't FULLY mature. So, even if you think you ARE, YOU ARE NOT!!!!!
Reply:Its only rape if you are an extreme minor and if someone consents to having sex and they are underage its not really rape(rape doesn't imply consent) but it is still sexual misconduct. But are ****** up laws will tag rappiest to someone that is 18 and his, or her partner is 17, so by law yes it is rape, morally there is nothing wrong with it, but it is dangerous due to the real **** heads in this world. Someone can really fall in love with someone that is underage. I know this old guy that was 19 yr. when he married his 16. wife. and he is now 72yr and has 13 children and he is still happily married so it is possible just not likely. Also the reason why its bad for her cerier is for one reason only, and this goes for "all jobs" it makes others uncomfortable, and in this great world we like in people can ruen someone elses life because they aren't comfortable with it. At jobs you can be fire for flurting non-sexualy, because someone took it the wrong way and were not comfortable with it. so they get you fired.

Reply:for one the teacher is an adult and can go to jail for statutory rape ... second he or she could loose their job ... third ...what does a teacher really see in a student .. i mean its just the sex ... no love involved in most cases ... i think the public sees it as the teacher using the student .. it could be forbidden fruit is hard to pass up ..what the student needs to realize that they aren't the only student he is probably messing with ... its just bad judgment for a teacher and student to have sex on both parts
Reply:It's called RAPE. Regardless to whether the student "knows" what they are doing, if they are underage, it's still rape. It's highly unprofessional, as well. Even if the student is over 18, it could still cause the teacher to lose their job. And love does have an age-by legal means. Of course they could fall in love, but it is wrong.
Reply:Um for one, its totally screws up the boundaries that a child has with authority. A large majority of sex offenders were also victims themselves when younger. It perpetuates the problem.





People think that if a older female teacher has sex with a younger is OK or not as bad as if the teacher was male and the victim is female. Not so, male victims of sex abuse (and yes this is abuse) have statistically the same long term issues (depression, inappropriate sexual behavior, self esteem issues, just to name a few) as female victims. So no, it is not just their problem, its society's problem.





Either way, its is totally inappropriate. School is a place for education, not for a teacher to find a sex partner.
Reply:It can happen and its true you never know who you are going to fall in love with, however with this type of relationship timeing is a key thing, your gonna have to wait until you have left school, and if it really is love then it shouldnt be that hard.

happens all the time in the city im in in other school districts. that does happen. and it doesn't result in anything good.
