Exchange student opportunities in the UK...?

I'm 16, from Britian and would like to do a years student exchange program in somewhere like Australia. Now, I know there's numerous opportunities like this for US students, but I'm yet to come across anything aimed at UK students. All the programs I've found in the UK have been for University students.





Any advise? And also, can it be done through the US sites if you're from the UK?
